Meet Judy
Judy Macdonald is an accomplished Senior Business Advisor and Innovative Global Marketing Strategist with an impressive record of transforming challenges into opportunities.
She leverages 28 years' experience as a Big Four marketing and DE&I professional to develop marketing strategies that enable clients to realize their goals.
Her expertise spans a wide range of disciplines including, C-level and board member relationship development, stakeholder management, high-impact governance programming, Account Based Marketing (ABM), signature events, board diversity advocacy, PR, social media, corporate communications and strategic marketing.
Judy is a passionate advocate for women in leadership, and as a result, she co-founded the Jacksonville Women's Leadership Forum, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to mentoring the next generation of female executives. Additionally, having experienced the power of peer-to-peer networking firsthand, Judy established the Jacksonville Executive Women's Exchange, an informal group designed as an outlet for seasoned professional women to network and share experiences.
